TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Party Packages must be booked with a minimum of 3 weeks notice.
~ Your character of choice will play games, read stories, apply temporary tattoos, assist with gift giving, sing Happy Birthday & be available for lots of photographs etc... It is subject to availability.
~ Your custom balloon swag will be delivered and set up 1-3 days prior to the party.
~ Your custom cake will be delivered the day of or day before the party.
- Once Upon A Fairytale & their performers are not liable for any injury or harm caused by usage of the bounce house. Numbers must be limited to 4 children at a time.
- Any damages or breakages will be charged at cost to replace.
We will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed.
Once we confirm everything, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Each business will contact you directly once your deposit has been received.
Full payment must be made 7 days before the event.
In the event of a cancellation prior to receiving the balloons and/or the cake, you will be refunded the full amount minus the deposit.
In the event of a cancellation after receiving the balloons and/or the cake, you will be refunded the full amount minus the deposit & cost of received items.
