Princess & Super bookings include storytime, a craft (typically crown decorating) playing games, cake cutting, singing happy birthday and photo opportunities galore!
Mascot bookings do not include the same activities as our live characters, but they do love having their pictures taken!
The mascot costumes can get very hot, so for summer events, we require them to take regular breaks to hydrate and cool down. Our mascots will always be accompanied by an assistant as they have limited visibility. This is a $10 per hour additional charge.
Our characters will come to your home, your event venue, or your business.
*A travel fee of $50 will apply to events more than 30mins away from Southern Pines.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a re-schedule, we would be happy to re-schedule with you.
In the event of a cancellation, with 48 hours or more notice, we would refund 90% of the total cost.
In the event of a cancellation, with less than 48 hours notice, we would refund 50% of the total cost.
If Once Upon A Fairytale has to cancel for any reason, we will endeavor to re-schedule. If that isn't possible, we would refund the full amount minus 5% payment fees.
Our characters are NOT licensed or copyrighted characters. Any likeness to licensed characters is purely coincidental.
